Motorsport derived techniques and materials have lead to this upgraded wiring harness to replace your corroded and failing 20+ year old item.
The harnesses are manufactured for TTW by a qualified electrician with 12 years control wiring experience and 6 years motorsport experience making harnesses for endurance race winning cars at the highest levels.
As well as being of a higher quality, the harness specification includes the following:
1) Easier to install due to improved flexibility. This also prevents strain on the harness, particularly in areas where space is limited.
2) Inline connector for the headlight to enable it to fit through the frame with ease.
3) Bespoke capped cover for the grey wire test lead which is located closer to the battery negative terminal.
4) Custom built, heavier duty battery terminals capable of accepting more amps than standard and with an extra hole for fitting ancillary items such as trickle chargers.
5) All terminations, where practicable, are mechanically jointed and soldered. This produces a greater contact area when compared to the standard harnesses which are only crimped
The materials used mean that this harness can resist higher temperatures than the standard OEM harness with thin wall hard grade wire and radiation cross linked elastomeric sleeve. They also provide higher levels of chemical, solvent and abrasion resistance.
How to order:

2. Send your harness to me for recycling (we need the SAPC connectors and need to examine your harness to make sure we send you the correct version back - there are several subtle differences across the RGV years.)
3. Once we have your harness we may be able to send your new upgrade right away or if changes are required please allow a minimum of 4-6 weeks.

Due to using high quality materials, the material cost is 200+ and then it takes a skilled motorsport electrician many hours to assemble and test.
What if I have a Zeeltronic fitted? Send us your loom and Zeeltronic, we'll send back a new loom that incorporates your zeeltronic or other system
Can you build me a race loom? Yes, we plan to offer the same loom without lights and horn circuits for a lower cost, contact me if interested.
Is there a warranty? We will guarantee this product for 2 years from date of purchase. If it fails due to a manufacturing error or suffers a quality issue we will repair it free of charge in that 2 year period. This does not include customer's causing damage through mishandling or accidents. We can however, repair the harness for a fee should it be damaged by accident or mechanical error.
